When I visit oversea any place in Japan , I always love to visit local brewery, distillery and winery to teast its own local drinks.
I visited Kiuchi brewery in Ibaragi to brew original local ales!
You can make your own beer by selecting favorite the beer wheat and malts, by consulting the beer master.
The whole process takes about 3 – 4 hours!

Boiling with the hops for the favor,
Done! wait for 3 weeks….
enjoy the local beer when we finished!
3 weeks later, the bottled ale arrived! it was very good!
